Why does Sweden have the best rock bands ? I'm serious....two of my favorite rock bands are from there. The Mighty Entombed and Spiritual Beggars. Well, I would actually call Entombed a Rock/Metal hybrid. Think Metallica's Load album, but ten times better. Meshuggah are also Swedish as are Opeth. Its just not as unique as the Death& Roll groove they had going in the mid nineties)

Here is Spiritual Beggars myspace while this stuff is more gthere style its not their best stuff, but it is pretty representative of their style and still better than most stuff out there.

And you thought that all the Swedes had to offer were ABBA.
